What is the standard shipping time for orders within Norway?
For domestic orders within Norway, we typically deliver within 2-4 business days via Posten or Helthjem. International shipping varies by destination but generally takes 5-10 business days.
What is your return policy for Db products?
We offer a 100-day return policy. Products must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please use our online return portal to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Are Db bags covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Db products come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you are a Db Black member, you may be eligible for an extended lifetime warranty on specific gear.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Klarna, Vipps for our Norwegian customers, and PayPal for international transactions.
How do I clean and maintain my Db backpack or luggage?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage the structural integrity and technical coatings of the fabric.
Do your backpacks fit airline carry-on dimensions?
Most of our backpacks, including the Strøm and Hugger series in 20L and 30L sizes, are designed to meet standard IATA carry-on requirements. However, we always recommend checking with your specific airline before traveling.
